One IT Company,
Ending the Multi-Agency Chaos

01. About Core Techno

Core Techno Pty Ltd has been untangling this exact problem for Australian and global businesses since 2013: a website built by one provider, marketing run by another, and IT support that only turns up after something breaks. Web design, software development, mobile app, digital marketing, branding, network security and IT infrastructure now sit under one contract, delivered by a team that spans Adelaide and Ahmedabad.

02. Who we are

Local enough to know you, big enough to cover you

A local team turned into a two country team for one practical reason. Core Techno started in Adelaide in 2013, and building a dedicated India delivery team was never a cost cutting move, it meant something that broke at 6pm on a Friday in Adelaide didn't have to sit untouched until Monday morning. Thirteen years on, that combination, a local team that knows the client's business and a delivery team that can pick up work outside Adelaide hours, is still the actual reason this business runs the way it does.

Built to evolve, not to be replaced

Nobody gets locked into a system that only works if Core Techno keeps building on top of it. What gets built is designed to extend, not torn out and started over in three years, and once a project is finished, the client owns it outright. Engagement scope flexes from project to project instead of forcing every client into the same fixed retainer.

“Guys at Core Techno listened to what I needed before telling me how they could help. Also, they delivered on what they said they would do.”

“We see Core Techno as an extension of our internal team rather than an external vendor, it's natural for us to involve them in new custom software development projects we are planning.”

What Actually Happens After You Say Yes

A two minute walkthrough of planning, delivery, and what happens after launch.

A full requirements and knowledge transfer conversation before any project starts, with measurable goals set from day one.

A charted delivery plan with clear timelines and dependencies, so every stakeholder knows what happens next.

Quality checks before anything goes live, catching the small issues before a client ever sees them.

Performance tracking and insight driven improvement after launch, closing the feedback loop rather than walking away.

Why Core Techno

Three reasons this works differently

No Handoffs, No Excuses

Most businesses patch together separate providers for their website, marketing and IT, then chase whoever answers the phone when something breaks between them. Core Techno runs it all under one contract, so one team owns the outcome, with nowhere for the blame to hide.

More Hands, Same Accountability

A dedicated India delivery team backs the Adelaide office, so projects don't stall waiting on one person's calendar. Every client still has one point of contact in Australia who owns the result, wherever the work gets done.

Quoted on the Actual Project

Every quote is built against what a specific project needs, not a fixed package pulled off a shelf. Ask why a number is what it is, and expect an answer.

Tell Us What's Actually Broken

Skip the guesswork and the sales pitch. Describe the problem in plain terms, a website that isn't converting, a system nobody trusts anymore, a security gap that's been ignored too long, and Core Techno will quote against fixing that, not against a generic package.
